Mom and I flew up to Auburn to attend Aunt Sylvia's surprise birthday party. The kids stayed home with Daddy for 3 days (with a little assistance from Nana & Papa). It was difficult for me, but relaxing at the same time, not having to scurry around to see what kind of mischief they were getting into at everyone's houses!
I got to see all the little kids in the family. Here's a cute picture of Kaya and her brother Logan. I got to meet my niece Lainie for the very first time-- she is adorable, and I had a great time holding her at the party.
